Pastor: Vel Z aSiama, Yangon, Myanmar

May 10, 2010

Dear Pastor & Praying Friends,

Greetings once again in Jesus name from the heathen land of Pagodas. My apology for not being able to write this report sooner. The heat of the weather is so hot that it prevents us from doing many things. It has not been raining for 8 months now here in Yangon city and the temperature is 44 degree centigrade as of May 9, 2010. It is so hot that many children died and as a matter of fact, a baby girl 1 yr and 7 months old died on May 6th whose mother and sister are our converts. I preached there about death and eternity at the funeral. I pray that the father would get saved soon.

On April 4, 2010, 5 new believers followed the Lord in water baptism. By the grace of God, averaging of 30 children, not including our orphans, come and attend our Sunday School every Sunday and we feed them. Please do pray that the Lord enables us to continue feeding them. This is how we bring people to church so that they will hear the gospel. All of them are Buddhists.

April 12 to 16, 2010, we held a 5 days seminar at one of our mission church in Hmaw Bi for Christian Life. 18 people attended thru out the seminar. On the last day 10 people stood up and gave their testimonies that they were blessed and that they would live a life God wants them to live.

On May 9, 2010, our church commissioned Bro. Yin Aung and family to be the missionaries of our church to Inn Yit Kyi, Taik Kyi township, Yangon division. What a blessing and the Lord is so good!

We are always grateful and thank God for your financial support and prayer supports! We would like to assure you that all your gift to our ministry are a sure investment for eternity. May God bless you all!

Your Missionaries to the Land of Pagodas,

Siama, Nute, Jean, James & Julie
