Mike Peper in Sierra Leone

A year ago last Sunday we started our first church with 36 in attendance and 12 accepting Christ as Saviour. For the month of February we averaged 665 with 360 saved and 87 baptized. We now have 8 churches and they are all pastored by national pastors who receive their support from the churches they serve.
We are in the second semester of the Bible Institute and we have a Christian School that began last summer with 231 elementary students. God has truly blessed the ministry here in Sierra Leone. One of the newest churches had a special 'Outreach Sunday' and they had 182 present with 91 making profession of faith. They are presently meeting in a former night club. The property owner has been letting them conduct services rent free, but he told the church that he has sold the building.
They can continue to meet in the facility until the new owners begin remodeling it. We have located a piece of land that they can lease for five years at a total cost of $188.00. Because the rainy season is approaching, I want tolease the property and build them a covered meeting place at a cost of approximately $3,000.00. We need to do this as quickly as possible. If you can, please help us with this project. I want to thank you for your prayers and support. If it were not for God's blessings and your investment, none of this would have taken place.
We are so grateful.
In Christ,
Mike & Diane Peper

Lomer Hope dela Cruz from Cambodia

Dear Beloved ,

As of March 31, we had been here in Cambodia for 13 years. As I look back to what God has done through us all, I can’t help but praise Him. Our partnership has brought salvation to many, trained leaders and planted churches. WE are like a cord or a threefold rope. namely : 1. You pastor and the church, 2. my family as your missionary and 3. Our Cambodian national pastors and churches. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says “And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken”.

We must continue to use our rope to pull us all together in these needy times. As we know, the rope is never intended to push but to pull, I am grateful that God has pulled us all together to fulfill the Great Commission in our generation.

This 1st quarter our fruits are: an average attendance of 320 in all 20 churches ; total tithes and offerings $151.15; missions offerings $ 17.82 ( these does not include our personal offerings) ; souls saved 93 and 16 baptized in our regular services.

We held 4 Youth Rallies in Snaor, Treng Trayoeng , Sre Ambel and Prey Nup Churches last February . God gave us a total of 623 souls that heard the Gospel Through songs, drama and Preaching. There was a total of 146 souls that got saved.

Our Roving Bible Institute continues to thrive with 5 new students added this quarter. Please pray for them namely, Sovat, Chumruen, Sovanh, Sokunthea and Dara. Preacher Chun Sung opened a new extension work in Veal Thom in Srok Sre Ambel and now he averages 45 every Saturday Bible Class. Thank God he now has a motorbike to use.

Our Primary School (Liberty English School) in Treng Trayoeng goes on with 27 kids.. Recently we had the parents come for the Quarterly Recognition Program last March 26 and they were happy to send their kids to our Sunday School. Preacher Phearun is also happy to have Bro. Hok Samnang surrender his life as assistant preacher in Treng Trayoeng.

Please pray for the following:
Good health: my sore back and neck, Grace’s ear problem, Gershom’s sinusitis
Safety, Wisdom and protection
Growth of New Believers
Training of National Pastors and leaders
Souls Saved at Youth Rallies to be held this May.

We are ever grateful to God for your prayers and support.

Highlands Philippines through 52 camps

Here are the latest camp statistics:
Campers - 59,268
Salvation Decisions - 30,570
Baptism Decisions - 4,597
Bible College New Student Applications - 855
We're on track to reach just over 100,000 young people, once we complete the 89 camps! We're also seeing just over 50% of the young people saved. This is really the hand of God working this year.

We had a Vice Governor from the province of Bulacan, plus 4 of his provincial councilmen come to camp 10 days ago. During the invitation, all of them came forward with the young people to be saved! Incredible!

Additionally, we have had several gang members come to Christ and are working out peace meetings between rival gangs. When a life is revolutionized by the changing power of salvation, a new direction follows. We're seeing this in many ministries!

Thanks so much for all the Rawlings Foundation does for souls in Metro Manila and around the world!

Sincerely,
Greg
